Re: 320.2! 301.5, 311.3, 65.4
Just make sure it's positioned an infinite distance above your head... sure, it will have infinite velocity when it hits you, but when will it hit you?

There are rules agaisnt that sort of thing, I'm just having some trouble figuring it out.
Increased velocity means increased mass, which would require more gravity to accellerate, but the increased mass will also increase the gravtational attraction, which will increase the acceleration.
Really it's a good thing that hasn't happened yet, I don't think it would be good for the universe.

Actually, if it somehow managed to eventually hit you, it would have a finite velocity. As the acceleration falls off proportional to the square of the distance, integrating from infinity to a non-zero distance does not give an infinite result. Using the Earth as the gravitational source (ignoring the rest of the universe and Earth's atmosphere) if an anvil did fall from an infinite distance to hit you, it would hit at Earth's escape velocity - approximately 11.2 km/s.

nah, it'd have infinite speed. i don't know why. and increase mass/acceleration balences itself out. that's why i'd stick it on top of the doorframe.

It would not hurt if it hit your head; you would be dead long before you could feel it.
Oh, wait - he's referring to the one placed on top of the door. Oops. Um, well, in that case, you would likely break the door before someone walked under it. Yah. That's the ticket.
Not that it would actually happen....

Were you in pain four days ago?
Besides, when has not being in pain stopped you from being semi-psychotic?
