Russia lost its 100th T-90M tank in Ukraine as massive leaks exposed Russian weaknesses.

Re: MBT's
A number of ??? spring to mind
1/Is that a steel mesh net ? It may or may not be but if you are just trying to stop a drone, they may not need anything more than something to catch and tangle it up no matter how fast it comes in........ ATGM is a whole different problem/solution but thinking even a medium-sized drone would tangle in that netting and it's a LOT less restrictive

Re: MBT's
The only way to make cages work at game scale is to keep the frame,
1/ simple--anything too complex looks like a lump when reduced down to scale
2/ the cage needs to much lighter than the turret to allow contrast between the cage detail and turret detail

Re: MBT's
And the " winner" is the Challenger 2 as the first Western tank to operate on Russian soil during combat operations as part of the KURSK Operations.
Reports are indicating they have lost 2 of the 14 they have during those operations.
https://www.armyrecognition.com/focu...n-russian-soil
The situation must really " gall" the Russians that a foreign invader is running around the site of the largest tank battle ever fought (6,000+ tanks and slightly over 2 million troops.) and arguably one of Russia's greatest victories on land. So far, the Ukrainians have captured an area of around 1,000 sq. miles. Yesterday or day before they took out a major bridge in the area to restrict a Russian response from that immediate area.

(And people wonder why we kill spies.)
Very nicely done on the ICON, " KISS" usually is best suited for things like that.
Regards,
Pat

Re: MBT's
It appears that the " White Triangle" is simply a means to identify Ukrainian mobile units to avoid friendly fire incidents in this fast-moving offensive.
The " White Triangle" first appeared in June used by the Operational Command West group of forces stationed near the border with Belarus.
Some want to make this an issue in response to the Russian " Z" and or " dub" this incursion/invasion as " Operation Triangle" I'm more a realist so I believe in " SAFETY FIRST"!

("The armoured convoys are sporting white triangular insignias, seemingly to distinguish them from hardware used within Ukraine itself. Meanwhile, aerial photos have appeared to show Ukrainian tanks engaged in combat inside Russia.")
Interesting about the Challenger 2 I'm wondering if there using the same 2"-3" steel armor plating I noted was mounted as a "tabletop" on the top of the ABRAMS turret in my post on the matter. See Post 1829 if you want.

Pat
