The situation as I understand it: everybody is tired of waiting but LT players are very eager to play this game and USA players say nah, ok, if you want so much we can hit the end turn button. And the replacement player is nobody's problem. Who cares? If you want - find one, we don't mind. We will accept him into our team. You wanted a team based game? Well, who cares! You can play as a team and we play as we wish.
Sorry guys for the long rant. I didn't mean to insult or offend anybody but this is how the situation looks from our side. And please, react!
