 The turn processes right after the last player submits his turn. This means that the last player can take a double turn, which is not only fun, but speeds the game up a little too.

 |  I've only seen them as a result of summoning a Troll King. He comes with 2(?) moose riders as well as some war trolls and regular trolls. It would be cool to find a site where they're available.
