I'm thinking Ermor will be stomped fast. Two veteran teams with a couple weeks to chat before the game starts will spell DOOM for the undead island...

Well yes and no. Yes because i will be small (the island is small) and lonely. But in the other hand the other team will have to "defend me" before you get my Cap too fast, or attack your lands in the same time.
In the same way,if a team is losing grasp on the other one, i should be able to slightly reduce the dominance of the biggest team.
So globally i think it might be a very balanced game. At least it is on the paper

Well, if we go as we are, i ve made a map with the starting borders.
So you can select any territories for you cap in the aera of your team.
If you think the split ain't fair, let me know.
Also i have reconsidered the number of access points to the central island and reduced them to 2! Both access are from the neutral starting zone. (Red arrow on the map)
Any comments appreciated.

Water provinces work as usual. There is just less land access. i will just cut the harbor links.
I think it will be too hard for Ermor with so many access to the island otherwise. Also it seems interesting to me to have the 2 access in a contested area.
