Re: ATTN: All my PBW/Online games
Hmm.
I look at Dumbluck's list - and realize 4 of my 5 games involve him. Yay Me...
Oh well, at least my wife will be happy

Re: ATTN: All my PBW/Online games
Eh, my avatar used to be hosted at imagemagician.com, but then they closed their free service so I put it with my website at Spaceports, but it hardly ever shows up for some reason... know of any more free image hosting services?

Re: ATTN: All my PBW/Online games
I chose not to have an avatar. Back when they first introduced them (before my cable modem days), I noticed a severe lag in load times. When I turned Avatars off in my personal settings, that lag went away. So to help out, I chose not to use an avatar. I think that the load time lag was resolved, but I didn't follow it all that closely (avatars aren't really all that important to me). And I'm just too set in my ways to change, now.
Back on topic, several of my games have requested that I find replacement players for my turns while I'm gone. I have no objections to that, but when I looked at Walmart, I couldn't find them anywhere. I asked a clerk about it, but he just gave me a funny look, told me to "get a life, man" and walked away. Anybody know where I can get one of these nifty things?
edit: mi keebord kan't spel!

You can DO that?
Guess that explains Tesco's funny "don't read this thread" thread in the scenario/mod forum...
Don't they kind of dislike people cluttering up the Scenario/Mod forum with those kinds of things?

Re: ATTN: All my PBW/Online games
Ok. Several game admins have requested that I find a replacement player for my turns during this week off. After checking the local retail store without any luck, I thought I'd check here. Any takers?

ANYWAY, the reason I'm ressurecting this thread is to make an announcement. I will be away on vacation soon, and was hoping that my games could be put on alpu. I'll be gone from March 14th to March 25th.
My current games are:
Junkyard Wars 2
Adamant 4
History of the Galaxy 2
Big Fat Zero 3
BFZ4
Horrible Doom
Thanx in advance. If ALPU is out of the question, just let me know on the game forum.

Re: ATTN: All my PBW/Online games
I can take over BFZ4 if that's one where you need a replacement...
I'd take of BFZ3, too, but there might be a conflict of interest...

Re: ATTN: All my PBW/Online games
Gracias, spoon. BFZ4 is yours, I'll send you a private message soon with the player # and password.
How would there be a conflict of interest in BFZ3? we aren't at war...

Heh. oops. This thread kinda slipped my mind. Are there any takers for any of my other games?
