Starving units may get diseased even if they weren't starving the previous turn. Yes, but my impression is this is because they unluckily got "hit twice" in one turn. A lack of X supplies means X effects randomly sprinkled on the troops, and a second sprinkle on the same troop means disease. I could be wrong, though.

Are you sure of this? In Dom1, I recall a time when I had one of the Eternal Knights get diseased, and a good thirty turns later, it had no afflictions beyond that... Very sure, as I have kept some people alive at home after getting diseased, using regeneration items. They get sicker and sicker, until you find a way to cure the disease. The chance of an affliction is probably directly proportional to 1/HP, though, so a wimpy priest with a never healing wound is more likely to get afflicted than a special knight.

The Bane Venom charm works the same way except it doesn't cause disease in commander/troops (except the one it's equipped on)

Really? Ok, I have a Black Servant that I equipped with a Bane Venom Charm and sent into enemy territory. He's been there for around 5 or so turns and now has 25703 xp and is leading the Hall. Of course he has 5 stars, but he has NEVER been in battle! So you get experience from killing population?

Re: Disease
No that's a nasty bug with sneaking units I think.
