Well when in doubt refer to the field manual. So with that in mind, below is the USA...
FM3-21.8-Appendix B-Shoulder-Launched Munitions and Close Combat Missile Systems
Appendix B
I would really like to think most people would read this as I've done, it might cause you think about game play vs real world to some degree. What I found interesting was the extreme short range arming of the warheads of the SLM types addressed in this FM
(See Table B-1.). But the close combat situations of the SLM vs MBT does seem to justify to some extent the kill shots but more so the ability to cripple an MBT in the game setting.
But the best weapon out there (U.S. within this topic.) to kill tanks or forts is the TOW, especially as newer versions became available
(See Table B-8). As the TOW BB has only been fielded within the last handful of years, that makes this ref very current and has increased my sense of urgency to make sure not to forget submitting it for next year as I've already stated above and in other threads. You will find that some within this ref though HEAT weapons are not much different then modern AP MBT rounds with perpetrators, TOW BB being a prime example. Again as noted in the above post and refs 8" of reinforced concrete (That means concrete & re-bar min. spec.) followed by a secondary fragmentation detonation once penetrated. Anyway it's all in here and worth the time if the topic interests you.

And if you want to play like the USA infantry try this FM 7-8 Rifle Platoon and Squad. It covers various aspects of combat ops.
