Thanks Taera, I asked but I should have looked around the site more. I didn't look under the Regulations page thinking it was something I didn't really want to bother reading. Turns out it was the rules page.

I'll go through that now and decide if I wanna join or not.

How many are currently enlisted in the program total? Just the 4, or is there more from times past?

I meant that is 4 that have joined the ladder as a result of my persuasive powers.

Well... I am probably not that persuasive, but you know what I mean.

I am not in charge of setting up new empires. It normally takes a few days for new empires to be set up.
