Heh, stop helping Amhazair, he is playing LA Pangaea in the Megagame and with ammunition like this (especially cleveland) we will be all doomed...doomed I tell ya...

I forgot the most important part! Your main weakness is that you cannot stop MA Eriu. Under no circumstance should you attack them, ever. In fact, I'd recommend sending them all of your gold & gems as tribute from turn 1, in the off chance they'll let you exist as a vassal state.

Re: Questions about LA Pangaea manikins
Or, perhaps, I could just send all my gold and gems to Eriu's most aggresive neighbour, ensuring that they take out the largest threat to my existence, and thus leave me alive, and free to continue the game...

4) Pan gets several undead-only national spells. Most notably Regrowth, which gives undead the ability to regenerate. Not terribly useful for a manikin, but very nice on an undead Elephant, very very nice on a Wraith Lord, and very very very nice on a Tartarian.

It's the inanimate tag that regrowth bypasses, wraith lords and tartarians can already regen.

Well, yes. But being able to give them regeneration (or adding to the regeneration they already have from items or the like) with a H2 spell at Ench 4 still has its uses.

Re: Questions about LA Pangaea manikins
I think any undead priest working for Pangaea may reanimate manikins. If so, look here: http://www.shrapnelcommunity.com/thr...&Number=604184

Re: Questions about LA Pangaea manikins
I wished up an Ettin Mandragora for my Pangaea tricks (I was in MA at the time), and tried using Carrion Regrowth on him. A lot. And never once did he start regenning. Was it something wrong with the wished version?
I really like the Ettin, he seems like a very effective SC-killer, what with three arms (though at least one is prolly a lead shield), and 3 sets of Sleep Vines (which is basically what beats up the SC, tons of fatigue in one round) but I also have HUGE problems with him routing. All the time. In only like 10 turns or so.
