Actually, I'd suggest 1 planet, med tech start. What do others think?

Actually, I'd suggest 1 planet, med tech start. What do others think? Seems logical, oops there goes the Vulcan side of me again , But yeah, I agree with UserX.

Re: PBW: New Game Star Trek Final Frontier IV
This game will have six players. Three are already invited so the the remaining three are by invite only.
If your interested in playing one of the following races and CAN SCHEDULE WEEKEND TURN FESTS then please post. UserX, CK and I will then decide who to invite.
Breen - Tnarg
Cardassian
Ferengi
Taken
Federation - UserX
Klingons - Atrocities
Romulans - Captain Kwok
Med tech start with one planet or 3 planet start on low tech is fine with me either way. You guys call it.
The mod has changed so we could adjust the cost of tech to low cost and start with 3 planets low tech and be ok. I would like to start this game after the 1.7.3 update has been released and uploaded to PBW. This way the benifits of those improvements can be used in this game.
(Lets look to May 3rd as a start date what do you all say?)

Sounds good. The reason I mention each starting with 1 planet and medium tech is that having one homeworld give us all a sense of origin. I would rename my planet to Earth but what would I name 3! Either way is cool with me. I just want to fight some Romulans ...Oops, did I say that out loud?

Re: PBW: New Game Star Trek Final Frontier IV
I doubt if Fyron would enjoy this game. He is more of a 1 turn a week kind of player and scheduling weekend trun fests might not be possible with his schedule.
But if he wants in and if it is ok with you guys, then I am all for it.

Re: PBW: New Game Star Trek Final Frontier IV
Sorry, but one turn a week is way to slow for me. It will take us until xmas to make first contact.
Just curious, why no intel? I thought the intel rules they set for the other game was cool.
Also, I've got my map almost complete. I'm just sealing off the delta and gamma quadrants. I'm wondering, what about a computer player? The map is really balenced for odd # players, I'm thinking the Tholians because of their placement at the bottom left of the map. What do you think?
Lastly, I noticed that minors would be in the game, can we place them? I've got systems for the Talar, Gorn, Orions, Naussican, and I believe one more.

Re: PBW: New Game Star Trek Final Frontier IV
I'd drop the neutrals. It's just a chance for those close to them to exploit them.
However, I though this mod made intel more balanced by removing some of the more unbalancing projects (i.e. PPP, etc) - is this not true?
