Staring at the stats I shake in horror... Just how well would you be doing in our game without the AI concentrating on you? But who am I to complain, I get much less attention from the AI so I can possibly recover a bit

The biggest problem the AI has right now is starving units. The AI isn't aware of supplies within provinces... so it'll stack 200 light infantry in a province with 40 supplies. This results in starving and dieseased units which cause low morale and early death for new or veteran units. Hopefully Dominions_3 will have a disable starving option for AI.

Your're right, and not.
There's an easy fix for the problem:
#modname "Fix Starving AI Army Issue"
#description "Supplies x5"
#Version 0.1
#domVersion 2.06
-- icon
#supplymult 500
Works even on the problematic Aran,Cradle and Parganos Maps.

Now, now, I chose to play Niefelheim with a Son of Niefel W9 bless pretender rather than default Jotunheim with a skratti rainbow mage, so you should have no real problems getting the upper hand on me in the magical department, not even playing as Pangaea.

Re: AIs ganging up on you
Just for the record, in a SP game I was playing Last night, I was attacked by all three of my AI neighbors on turn 15. I had not attacked or been attacked by any of them prior, so obviously the AI demonstrates superior capability for collusion and coordination against humans! I feel oppressed. It's taken me 10 turns to retake the land that I lost under the combined assault.

Re: AIs ganging up on you
Schmoe - correlation does not imply collusion or coordination.
E.g. if you had been weakened in a major way in round 13, each AI neighbour could of its own free will choose to attack you in its orders from round 14 (taking advantage of vulnerability). This might appear to be a coordinated attack to you in round 15, but it would not in any way require coordination or collusion - just rapacious play.

Re: AIs ganging up on you
I know Peter, I was trying to be facetious. Sorry 'bout the confusion. I actually had PD > 10 against 1 opponent, and a large army in one of two adjacent provinces to another opponent. The third opponent caught me by surprise and attacked my weak underbelly. <shrug> Oh well, it happens.

Re: AIs ganging up on you
In many games the decision to attack can be based on your standing in the game. Ive learned that it can be helpful to avoid pidly little conquers that dont give you much because it can make you seem to be the number one enemy.
