There's a sh!t load of cheap property in Detroit. I meen a lot of it. Just 40 or 50 years ago, there was almost a 1/2 billion people living there, now there's 4 or 5 hundred thousand. Every one was murdered or moved away (wonder why? Such a nice environment for children to grow-up in) You can get a house and all, for just a few thousand. Real cheap. Remember that because if the city ever gets their sh!t together, it would be a great investment. Plus it wouldn't be a bad place to live because the rest of the state aint like that.
