I didn't mean this to solve ALL their problems. The one I modded is a much better situation than before, and it gives Black Forest the *possibility* of getting Vampire Counts without pretender. However, it doesn't make that easy. Maybe Wolfherds, or Members of the First and/or Second Tier should get a Blood Hunt bonus (#douse 1 is probably enough, although I have no numeric data).

And although I don't like that aspect of these Replacement (or Null, as Saber Cherry calls them) mods, you aren't limited to Death scale on this mod...
