Ok, so maybe I'm getting a little burned out and uncreative on the greetings.

Oh thanks. I've playing SE4 for a while now. Been playing PBW for over a year now.

You know I have the old Star Wars mod but I yet to find it anywhere but PBW and no updates or anything.

I am tempted to dauble myself but SE:V will soon be here and it will all change again.

So I see you have the old starwars mod, do you also have the (canon) star wars map. I know there is one outthere, but can't find it anymore. So if you have it (or somebody else) please send it to me (intimidator5@hotmail.com)

thanks

No I don't have it. I WANT IT!!!! ME, ME, ME!!!

Speaking of dangerous warp points I have only encounter them in Trek and Star Wars. Never in the original or B5 mods.

They use Fyron's Quadrant Mod as a base for map generation. There are damaging warp points in FQM that do a fair bit of damage - enough to destroy whole ships in the Star Trek Mod due to reduced hit points on the ships.

And you are complaining? Space travel should never be a cushie thing, with exploration comes risk. I like the fact that you can loose a ship when traveling through space. Even a few at once. It mimics ion storms and danagers spacial anomolys thus making space travel risky.

I'm all for danger!

Speaking of danger those space monsters in SE4 are nasty! Ouch!

So do they have planets that they come from or do they spontantious generate from those little red warp points?

I love the Star Trek 8 jump point hub system I just saw. Niftorific.

Back to Star Wars: Atrocites I saw some of your Star Destroyer models. They were very cool. I am working on setting up PBW TC of either B5, ST or SW with some friends. Several have express a desire to play the Hutts. I have pushed them in the direction of Black Sun. I would argue that there are more Star Wars ships than either Babylon 5 or Star Trek. The variety is a bit under-utilized in the Star Wars mod I have.

One more note. My real speciality is maps. I have absolutely tons of info on the Babylon 5, Star Wars and ot a lesser extent Star Trek universes. Of course a custom specific locked in map would only be able to be played a few times until everyone knew where everything was, but it would be kind of cool to get screenshots of turn by turn expansions on these maps. Yes I am volunteering if someone walks me through the process.

Thanks

The monsters were created by Rollo IIRC, just modified slightly for use with the STM. They have a hidden planet that they come from. Find it and presto..... you've got a target.

I can post the Stardestroyers I do have ready but you ever downloads them would have to put them where they best fit.

Any takers just PM with your email address.
