Could be as simple as your video card heating up. When my system reboots it always tells me that it was the Nvidia Device that caused it.

Don't discount one of the previous recommendations either, which is to clean the dust out of the computer. When I start to get frequent re-boots, I'll dust the inside with some compressed air and things run much more smoothly.

I had this problem once and the RAM had gone bad. Replaced RAM, problem went away.

Thanks, guys. I've disabled the automatic reboot, so hopefully next time it happens I'll get an idea as to what's going wrong. I'm fairly sure it's not heat or dust, since I cleaned the thing out a few weeks ago, and the machine's in a well ventilated area. Plus it just doesn't get hot enough in Ireland for anything to overheat.
