I didn't know about that bug either, but please post it in the known issues thread because that's a bad exploit to say the least. |

You can't stack the same items to create effects.
The only instance where you can is a creature with 4 Misc slots (like an Oracle) and you have to place one item in the first and second slots and another of the same item in the 3rd and 4th, if you don't place it that way you won't get the benefit.

You can however, in the case of a natarajah, equip both types staffs of elemental mastery because they're considered different items.

 | So are you saying a stackable bug exists only in the case of a Pretender with 4 misc. item slots and only if you place the same items in the 1st and 2nd, and 3rd and 4th slots like this?:

The bug exists with any unit with more than 2 similar item slots. Try a nataraja with a dwarven hammer, hammer of the forge lord, dwarven hammer (in that order) to get a 100% forge bonus. |

The game only checks if the items next to each other are the same. If unit has enough slots for there to be another item between two items that otherwise would be recognized as identical, the bug causes both items to affect. |

Minimun forge requirement is 1 gem, regardless of bonus. |

However, 1 gem is damn near free, especially when you're talking about the expensive items - ring of wizardry for 1 astral gem anyone?

A 100% Forge Bonus? Does that mean you pay zero percent of the listed gem cost to forge items? |
