Re: Warp point closing error?
This is a fun thread.
Back on topic though, if I am reading the history for the new patch correctly, it should correct this issue. So apparently Aaron was listening, even if he didn't respond.
Geo
{EDIT}I must have misread something. I can't find what I thought was talking about this in the history file. Although sometimes things get fixed and not mentioned in the text file. You should try it again if you still have the savegame, and if it's still not working send another email.

You probably read the thing about correcting planet creators all going to the same asteroid field; maybe MM fixed all the SM ships, not just planet creators?

Yeah, she says - come back to bed...

No, actually, I am probably old enough to be your mother. So I would tell you, "time to go to bed... get off that @@@@ computer - you need your sleep to be fresh and ready for school tomorrow...
(Yes, this is a fun thread...)

Re: Warp point closing error?
Maybe the thread should be renamed to 'Closing Warp Points and Other Domestic Miscellany'.
Yah, I was hoping that the line aboot multiple ships creating planets or whatnot would have meant -all- SM ships. I couldn't find the rules in the AI for Manipulation ships...is that stuff hardcoded?

I wouldn't guarantee that... look for the thread "how old are you?"
