Magic duel and R\'lyeh Mind Lords

Are Mind Lords immune to magic duel?

Just had a battle in which I successfully cast magic duel vs one, so either my astral mage should have died or the mind lord or both. Yet they both survived...which leads me to believe Mind Lords must be immune? Or is this a bug [img]/threads/images/Graemlins/Bug.gif[/img]?

I had a few other magic duels and only my astral mages died as a result.

If the mind lords are immune, are R'lyeh aboleths as well?
