Indeed. As referenced in another thread, my poor Hoch-Hamer picked up a Rune Smasher in one Arena duel. Then he died in the very next duel because the Rune Smasher is such a sucky weapon....

Actually the fact that the Harvest Blade did get picked up by Aby that one time does indicate that you can pass along cursed items in the deathmatch. Very interesting!
