They do, actually. Vanilla has it on Ench-8, whereas CCM has it on Ench-0. I've been busy fighting an EA Pan in Yanging who has Carrion Woods then Mother Oak up, and a Maenad factory going. The amount of chaff he's fielding is almost enough to make the Ashen Empire jealous.
