Re: Water Total War (Signups!)
I like the concept and the map and might consider taking on the suicidal role of either EA or MA Atlantis if LA R'lyeh is not made available.
What will the hosting intervals look like? As I tend to need rather more relaxed intervals. Two games at once is like my maximum, but this could be one of them.

Re: Water Total War (Signups!)
Well, normally i like 24h for quite a while, until people really need longer, but i'm flexible when it comes to delays and such. I have no set intervals, I'll just extend the timer when people seem to need it.

I'll take on the challenge of MA Atlantis. I think they're quite a bit underrated

Re: Water Total War (Signups!)
Thank you stattis, i agree, they are underrated having played them before, they are pretty powerful.
hopefully septimus will get back to us soon, or someone else will materialize to take EA.

Re: Water Total War (Signups!)
Since this looks like it'll probably be ready to go pretty soon, I will note that the upcoming weekend is a holiday weekend in the US. So if we get started before the weekend there will probably need to be an delay right away.

Re: Water Total War (Signups!)
You are correct, thanks for pointing that out. Just tell me if you need the delay. I'm not going away for the 4th, so i can easily make sure people don't stale.

Re: Water Total War (Signups!)
I don't know if I'd be able to make the 24h without a few stales, there are occasions when I don't have access/chance to get to a computer for more than 24 hours, even though I do want a chance to learn more about water nations. So go without me if you need to.

Re: Water Total War (Signups!)
I'm interested in this game, but I have a couple concerns. One is the 20+ provinces per player... I promised myself I wouldn't join any more like that after preponderance. The other is the game turning into a clam-fest- I'd highly recommend using a mod effecting gem gen items (my preferred solution to them is making them unique items).

Re: Water Total War (Signups!)
QM- I agree with you completely, but unfortunatly i have zero experience in modding at all. never even opened up the modding manual. If there is a mod out there to make them unique, i'm all for it. also, this map seemed to be the only one designed for all water nations. if you know of a better one, feel free to show me, and we can change. thanks
