Re: LLamaserver is ignoring admin requests?
Forge had a negative time postponement thrown in though. And that thing should come with a health warning IMO. Causes all kinds of badness

Re: LLamaserver is ignoring admin requests?
Hmm, this sounds like it is definitely a real issue then. Sorry guys. Unfortunately I am powerless to do anything for a little while - the LlamaServer remains out of contact for me (long story). I should hopefully be picking it up and bringing it back here (and hence be able to log in again) fairly soonish.
In the meantime, Calahan's advice is good. IIRC, the next hosting time on a game's page is set by the LlamaServer itself, so it will always be accurate. The time stated when a postponement is requested, however, is merely calculated by the webserver and does not imply that a message has reached the llamaserver. Normally the llamaserver checks with the webserver every five minutes to see whether any admin requests have been submitted. Maybe that's gone wrong in some way.

Re: LLamaserver is ignoring admin requests?
Oh no! We´re a ship without a captain! You ought to tell that long story some time...
Another problem that has arised in Aquamarine is the timer. We have changed it to 48h, and it displays as 48h, but it keeps hosting at 24h. Puts a bit a pressure on the players so to speak...

Re: LLamaserver is ignoring admin requests?
Llama, I know this thread is from before the server was moved but we just had another instance of this in the Momentum2 game. I postponed hosting by 12 hours and both Psycho and I confirmed that the site indicated hosting had been delayed (it also shows up in the admin log). But shortly before hosting Psycho noticed hosting had reverted to the original time. I'm not sure if anyone else has had these issues recently or if it is specific to our game.

Re: LLamaserver is ignoring admin requests?
Do you mean that the hosting time actually changed to the desired time, and then reverted? Rather than simply failing to change?

Re: LLamaserver is ignoring admin requests?
Yes, exactly. I postponed hosting about 3 hours before the scheduled time. I checked back 15 minutes later and the server indicated hosting had been postponed. Psycho was checking the site repeatedly and noticed about 10-15 minutes before the originally scheduled hosting time it had reverted to the original hosting time.

Re: LLamaserver is ignoring admin requests?
Hi, llama. In case no one has mentioned it, the web site doesn't seem to be updating (currently a three hour discrepancy between current time and last updated time). Looks like people also aren't receiving confirmations that turns have been received. Thanks.
