'Tig: I like the sound of your new machine, especially the cool-sounding case. how about uploading a photo?
Puke: A good definition of the rules. Well done.
*Dogscoff surreptitiously swaps the Oompah band's sheet music with some heavy metal stuff, and then laughs at the resulting cacophony. Eventually, the tuba player passes out and has to be carried away.

Re: Ye New Galactic Bar & Grill & Phong\'s Head Cantina - After Hours
"My god" says Growltigga grooving on down at the party, "Don't tell me that that Bavarian oompah band are playing a disturbingly good rendition of Megadeth's For Whom the Bell Tolls!!???"
Growltigga sneaks past the comatose tuba player and swaps the sheet music for Miami Sound Machine's Greatest Hits, cue Doctor Beat anyone?
PS Scoffo, I dont own a digital camera otherwise I would post a picture of the machine as well as one of me mooning probably!! Mine is basically an augmented MESH Matrix 2700 + RDL (whatever that means), I have augmented it with the LCD monitor, Audigy 2, cordless stuff and case and twinkly cable things.. a mate put it together for me... given that I know nothing about computers, dont know why I did it really

Megadeth? GT, I must inform you that Megadeth did not make For Whom the Bell Tolls. That was Metallica; one of the greatest bands of all time. I'm surprised you got that mixed up. I thought for a second that maybe Megadeth did a remake of it but I cannot find any information pointing me in that direction.
Back to the party...
Some really annoying nerd looking kids hear the comoion over at the Cantina and they wonder over and see that a wile party is taking place. They walk up to the bouncers, RD and Rags, and ask if they can go in. RD replies, "No you may not, only if you are on the guest list." The kids act disappointed that they won't be enjoying this party from the inside but then they think of a plan to get in. They tell Rags and RD that they are related to that Taz looking feller's brothers wifes cousins from Albania and that they are visiting for the week. RD smiles and says, "Ok, you can go in." Rags and RD both continue their job outside as bouncers. Rags begins to think all of a sudden that hey, "Taz doesn't have a brother..." Rags says, he right away goes inside and finds those two nerdy looking kids and beat the living day lights out of them and throws them to Barry to handle them further.

Megadeth? Metallica? it is all extremely loud to me....
I was always more of a Nightranger and Danger Danger fan myself (it was the six foot tall blonde girls in full leather outfits and shaggy hair that always did for me anyhow)!!

Re: Ye New Galactic Bar & Grill & Phong\'s Head Cantina - After Hours
*Raging Deadstar returns to the front door in his black trenchcoat, gelled up hair and watching as ragnarok finally wins a fight for the first time in his life. Wanders inside leaving ragnarok to deal with the underage girls posing to be fbw's and goes and gets himself a drink*
Lol, ahh GT you're really showing your age. Rags, i'm afraid to inform you the early megadeath albums beat anything Crapallica have ever came up with! But each to his own i guess. For all out brutal metal moshing maelstrom frenzy i reccommend Slayer! Now that is loud GT!
Shaggy hair GT? Now that is a turn off, no for me girls have to have curley or straight hair, but shaggy is just a no no

Re: Ye New Galactic Bar & Grill & Phong\'s Head Cantina - After Hours
i dunno, i always had a thing for those short, frizzy haircuts that were popular in the 80s.
Slayer's new ablum is quite enjoyable. Some friends of mine saw them tour for that album in an abandoned slaughter house in Lubboc, TX. The drummer was ill for the tour, so Dave Lombardo sat in. My god, to have had the opportunity to see Lombardo in concert. even if you do not enjoy fast/loud/violent music, you have to respect that man's tallents. He worked on a great fusion album combining the styles of Vivaldi, Handel, and.. well.. Lombardo.

Re: Ye New Galactic Bar & Grill & Phong\'s Head Cantina - After Hours
Folks,
I shall post no more forever.
I have decided to re-lurk. I’m just don’t have the energy to compete with the quality I expect of myself.
Thanks for every thing.
