Re: Turn 35
Actually, I'm thinking Fortu will not only return affliction free, he'll actually have gained power during his banishment.

Re: Turn 35
Woohoo! Ygorl's finally and irrevocably gone! *Slithers about in excitation* Let's all dance on his grave and make fun of his flappy wings and poor taste in fashion (I mean, mains gauches are so... gauche. And two of them? Yuk.)
Thanks for the game, man! I kinda expected a quick victory, but no, you had to go and put up a struggle.

Re: Turn 35
Thanks all! It was fun.
I wonder what happened to all my crossbowmen, Lamias, and Devils?

Re: Turn 35
Alas, poor Ygorl.
He put up the good fight though, outstanding resistance. Fortu wishes he could shine Ygorls boots, hmmmph. Ygorl withstood the two most powerful nations in this game for 8 or more turns. You have folded like a deck of cards to one of the weakest of military nations in the Game.
Well you get your pretender back this turn so, maybe the worm will turn.

Re: Turn 35
Shovah, you have dispatched Ygorl the great! Rejoice in your power! I dont hate you water dwellers, that is Pasha Mamas particular bent.
Myself? I have been descibed as a minion and a puppet by the likes of you and Jurri. I am indeed the lowest of the low. Fortu thought I was an easy kill, and maybe he is right. However I have only attacked when I have been attacked (save for Caelum who was just begging to be annexed).
At the moment its all up in the air, who knows maybe you, shovah, will find this an opportune time to break your pact with Jurri. We land lubbers are mighty ill equiped to invade water provinces. Save for Jotun perhaps.

Re: Turn 35
I know what you mean, since when is Pan one of the weakest military nations?!?
I think Steerpike is saying that because you 2 were the first to go to war with somebody (Ulm). Thus you are the 2 strongest nations. I'm surprised Jotunheim is not upset by that statement. Or even Pasha Mama. So who took out Caelum, wouldn't they be considered the greatest nation since they were the first to conquer someone else?
And I think "folded like a deck of cards" is not quite accurate. Maybe "took 1 step forward and 3 steps back" is a better analogy. I'm down, but not out. Yet.

Re: Turn 35
well actually i did very little in the taking out of ulm, my initial (pathetic) advance was halted and from then on i didnt do too much. I'd definitely say jotun ranks among the top, he has large amounts of amazons, vine ogres, devils, giants, thugs and a couple of neifel guys aswell as plenty of versatile mages (national and otherwise)
