Re: Mod_Mayhem
Jimbo, we don't like classy ladies.
Daggier and dirtier the better I say!
Excist hasn't been to the forums since I sent him a PM yesterday. So I'll give him another 24 hours to respond otherwise I'll hit the "GO" button.

Glad to hear they have some buffs available early.

Surprised no one has taken the Dwarves......they look to be pretty good.

Yep. Skaven is going to be interesting.
They would have absolutely owned in the ear of gem gens and hammers. They're practically built for cranking out blood stones like crazy.
As it is they have some cool tricks up their sleeve. Having a stealthy nation + large numbers of native stealth S3 casters opens ups some interesting (and potentially annoying) tactics.

Re: Mod_Mayhem
Okay guys, I am kicking this one off.
There are a few more provinces per player than I would have liked....but hey, means you get to play with your mod until middle game at least.

Re: Mod_Mayhem
Okay, the new version of the mod has renamed the dm file.
So you will most likely have this Expanded_Nations_1_v1_02.dm.
Just rename it to NOT include the v1_02. So that it loos like this.
Expanded_Nations_1.dm
Cheers and have fun.

Re: Mod_Mayhem
Man, these grail knights are actually quite tough. I was a bit skeptical about the idea of them solo-ing a province, but after some play testing they typically do a pretty good job of it.
In fact, in my playtest the only one that failed was when the grail knight in question was blinded - but even that just resulted in him running in circles until the 50 turn time out (being beaten by angry peasants all the while) and then retreating after the time out.
Of course, luck being what it is it is entirely possible that everything will go south at a rate of knots in the real game, but that is all part of the fun :-)
