In any case, massed banishers does not seem like a great fit with skelli-spammers. But I could be wrong.

spam evocations at her, or get to her before she can buff up. most nations have her as their only flyer, makes it easy to target.

Massed banishers is the traditional counter to skelly spamming. It works particularly well for nations like TC or Pythium since they can also Quicken thier banishers. Everyone else just has to use the cheapo priests. You need more than a 1:1 ratio (priest:spammer) tho. The higher the better.

yes its normal, and incase anyone else didnt know the new turns up. if somehow you conquer the province and you wish to remain peaceful with said nation then find a way to suicide cultist and give back said province and refund all gems/income

I think it would be folly to abandon your cultists. They're YOUR cultists, after all. What kind of god would you be if you sacrificed your worshippers just to keep the peace with some false idol who in any case is already involved in a war on another front?
