My apologies, I got your mail a few hours ago Axel, but forgot to handle your game before now. KOTH is now updated.
Renegade, I think there was a similar query a while ago (when setting up the Ratings Bash tourney), and the answer was that a player must be rated to be taken into account in the ratings. However, signing up is painless: drop Slynky a mail, and you are in the ratings. There are no strings attached, no fine print, and you are free not to play any other game afterwards.
