Once all turns except Pangaea's are in, we shall force host it.

Just to clarify: if by "the next turn", you mean the current turn (the one that we all just received), then the answer is an unequivocal "heck yeah!".

Yes.
The sooner Pan gets wiped, the better for us, since we won't need to manually host the turns any longer. So, don't be shy! Release the hounds! Release the Krakens! Release the Bane Lords! Heck, release whatever you use, just make sure Pan is dead.

Pan just staled. The player has disappeared, and we couldn't set the country to AI as we didn't have his password :-(

Hence the clunky Civil War thing. With no player, and no AI to even move units, it should be fairly brutal for Pan.
