				 Re: Sub
Little known fact: In case of 3 consecutive stale turns by all players, the victory is awarded to the player with the most Sanguine Dousing Rods. It's in the Dominions by-laws, section 18.3.4. |

				 Re: Sub
Sorry - just saw the PMs.
I'm not sure why people can't connect (people in Priori and Fallacy doen't seem to have a problem).

I've restarted the game - let me know if it fixes it.

Also - I havne't checked the backups but I should be able to roll back to right before a hosting if need be.

				 Re: Sub
Is it the 'Stuck in Waiting for Game' problem?
Before I subbed out, I had maintained a continuous connection to the server with a dead 'Waiting for Game' window. That prevents the problem for other players too.

If someone else could keep one of the dead windows open, that will fix the problem. My PC will be shut down sometime in the next few days, so I won't be able to tie up the dead connection.

				 Re: Sub
So are we playing on or do we need to roll back for anyone? I am fine for rolling back if this caused someone to stale.

				 Re: Sub
I would like to rollback, as this turn is fairly important for me. I've posted my .2h file on the previous page of this forum if Velusion needs it to process the new turn, or if Velusion can just roll the game back, I could connect and send in the turn from there. Thanks. |

				 Re: Sub
I just checked my backups. Unfortunately for figment I didn't create the folder where all the backup files would be deposited into - so the backup script has been running all this time in a failed state. I fixed it - but it's a little too late here...
So I can't restore. My apologies AdmiralZhao . Hopefully some of your warring neighbors will give you a one turn break to at least recover a bit. |

				 Re: Sub
 Sorry Admiral Zhao.
At least you are not in war with any other nation, so you only lost a turn of forging/summoning.

Perhaps other major nations could send Mictlan 5-10 gems each, to compensate for the lost turn, that was not his fault? I am sending 10 gems myself.

I think me and Mictlan are likely to come to blows at some point in the future, unless one of us will be crashed before that. And if such war will happen, I would hate to have any unfair advantage over my opponent.

				 Re: Sub
Niefelheim was going to invade Mictlan this turn. While we will not be sending gems, we are giving an extra 1-turn grace period on our NAP to make up for lost time deploying and recruiting troops. |
