I have a working Version of Sundog, there was a special Version released way way back when that allowed it to run on the PaCifiST emulator(DOS). That same Version still runs well on STeem and WinSTon. (also I don't feel bad about using the emulator, I still have the original ROM chips [set of six] from my first 520ST sitting in the drawer of my desk.! I also have an original copy of both Dungeon Master and Sundog(so technically I still have the right to use the roms, and play the games even though I don't have the computer!) Lucky me!

..Take your avatar pic for example. Before it was pretty much a run of the mill avatar.. once I decide to rework it, the results look like this..

Yep, just something that I cropped from a picture of the back of my car. I just didn't feel like going into PoV and creating a model to make a nice image. Thanks for the image, makes a nice birthday present for me (today is my 40th).

I mentionned the art package I'm using lower in this thread, scroll down or back a few pages and you will have the answer to that question.

Yep I saw that, just wanted to know if it was one of those expensive commercial packages, I am looking for a good drawing program with a spraypaint tool to do heightfields in PoV. I don't want to pay much for a minor tool to use in a free program.
For anyone else interested the program that David is running (artgem) is shareware and available here: ArtGem Home

I still have a working 1040ST (at least it was working the Last time I fired it up 4 or 5 years ago)

David, I hope you don't mind me using this avatar.
I feel somehow emotionally attached to it.

You may be interested in the GIMP ( www.gimp.org). Freeware, easy to use, nice features/plugins.

Hi David
Can't help myself to honor you with the posting of my new avatar.
I think it is hilarious!

David Gervais
Would you mind if your planet pics were added to the PlanetPack?

..the little tiny planet pics in the avatars I made? I don't mind, but you might be more interested in the larger originals that I shrunk to make the avatar pics.. if yes, where should I post them?
Just a thought!
