Re: MA Newbie game - Faltering_Steps - Running
A rather uneventful turn for me. Was a shame that all those seekers did not take out the Dark Knight though.

Arrrghhhh.. I went and did almost my entire turn and then at about the end I go and accidentally equip the Forbidden light on some stupid random commander so I have to go back and do the whole stupid turn over again... Grrrr.

Heh. Well, it's always faster the second time.

Re: MA Newbie game - Faltering_Steps - Running
Heh well some of it is faster... A lot of other stuff took just as long as the first time moving items around, recruiting commanders and such..
Yeah I do save fairly often usually when I start mucking around with items for just that reason but I happened to forget this particular time.. Not fun.
I actually had saved once before i goofed up but still the vast majority of it was done after the save heh.

I can't even begin to say 'yes' enough times to that bit of advice. I've certainly got into the habit of clicking on 'End Turn' every 5 minutes.
One of the main reason I don't like server games actually, as the 'Save game and quit' button is just too damn close to the "Quit without saving' button for my liking

Are you chasing my Heli, Psi? Heh, I don't think you can catch him. He's very sneaky.
Finally got Fire Storm cast correctly. I wasn't giving them enough gems, apparently. Not even a dent in your army graphs, of course, but at least I won that one.

Hmmmmm I might be chasing him... heh.
Yeah Fire storm won you that battle. Of course if all goes according to plan the firestorm wont last too long next time since your Arch Devil should be dead before or shortly after casting it. Assumming he doesnt die before the battle ever starts.

Heh, you really think you can take him out? Well, maybe you can. He has replacements though, you know. A couple of them are coming up from the South now.
