Re: Game timers
Right, I've got my turn in as planned. I seem to have missed a turn around the 24th and another one few hours ago, and maybe a third one. It hurt some, but it didn't kill me... which is a same, as I desperately need an excuse to explain how I'm getting manhandled at the hands of the AI. Ah, well.

Re: Game timers
No, you haven't missed a turn a few hours ago as I have reset the game timer before that. You only missed one turn. Otherwise the game status page would have told you that you had missed X turns, X > 1. The script is that smart now...

Re: Game timers
Wow, I guess you're right then, and I've been doing worse than I remembered... I know it's certainly not looking pretty at the moment. So, stop taking my excuses away... what am I going to say if an AI kills me in a fair fight?

What\'s up with Man?
Does anybody know about Cicadian? He's been stalling the past three turns, despite him being among the strongest factions in this game.

Re: What\'s up with Man?
Assuming Man does not return, I'd suggest handing over the nation to one of the players who became nationless of late. Man is by far the strongest nation on paper at the moment, at least until my T'ien Ch'i manages to get Pangaea off their back... (I'm partly trying to save my resources, but part of my woes does come from awful tactics)

Re: What\'s up with Man?
I'm sorry, I was offline until right now. If somebody is interested in taking over he can have the position, I would have turned him to AI right now if I had made it in time.

Re: What\'s up with Man?
I have just logged in to turn him to AI, but now I have my doubts... this really seems to be at least one of the winning positions, despite them stalling the last 5 turns (got mad amounts of gold now), with Niefelheim being a worthy contestant. The AI's are unsuccessfully trying to win against armies that haven't moved for half a year...
It seems like a sub has been found for this game.

Re: What\'s up with Man?
well tien chi is staling too, so if both tien chi and man is set on ai, that would leave only me and jotunheim really. So it looks kinda bad really, too many quiters..

Re: What\'s up with Man?
As I wrote, I have found somebody to take over Man. I expect that Alneyan continues playing, as his Jabber icon is usually showing that he's online. No idea why he is staling here.
