Victory condition: hold 50% of capitals for 3 rounds - though with a twist. I'll explain it later.
Hosting Pace: First 15 turns every 24h, turns 15-30 48h, from there on 72h. Extensions given when needed but you need to give a reasonable explanation so the other players dont get annoyed.
Disallowed exploits: Bogus orders, lab-filling, scout blocking, recruit 0 gold ettins... just play nice.
Now about the twist...
I've always enjoyed games where I had a chance to reconquer the world after the winning nations set themselves to ai. I'd like to try this as an obligatory rule in this game:
If your nation fulfills the victory condition (post when your captital falls and to whom it falls!), just turn to ai. We'll keep you listed as the umpteenth winner and just continue against your mighty empire
