Re: Scruntlefut - 2v2v2v2 team game FULL - preparing map etc
Potential start points for threelake. Obviously allies get start points next to each other. What do you think? I'm happy to jiggle them around as much as needed (as Pamela Anderson used to say).

Of course not! And I'll burn in hell.
By the way, I meant exactly what I said: I don't like WH Dwarves. For their playstyle of unmoved gunline, quite easy to use, quite difficult to do something about - unless you are 22-casting dice Tzeentch Chaos, or something as improbable! And for lack of alternative tactics, too.
As for Dwarves mod - well, they are in possible danger to attract players who like the style described above. On the other hand, Dominions have some methods of curtailing such. Mod itself has its good and bad features, of course. Ogres look like somewhat better implemented as mod for me, even though I don't like them in WH even more.

Is that 'of course I won't say I'm out' or 'of course I don't want in'?

No, it's "of course I'm not sure!"
An idea of 4 teams seems interesting... but there are those considerations you pointed out. I'd prefer to try it out - but I'm sure as hell am not sure!

So you're 50/50 on whether you want to play? I'm kinda looking for more enthusiasm than that. It sounds like someone else might enjoy the slot more. Maybe I'm getting the wrong impression though so I'll ask again:
Are you sure you want to play in this game? Yes/no answer please. I don't want anyone to join and feel unhappy because they don't like the settings decided upon.

If you don't want me in this game, just say so. Without "feel unhappy" drek.
In case you were serious - yes, I want to play. Otherwise, I wouldn't ask for the first time.
And please don't ask questions which require foreknowledge of future and expect yes/know answer.

Re: Scruntlefut - 2v2v2v2 team game FULL - preparing map etc
Based on your last three posts I don't see this ending well, so I'm opening up your spot for someone else. Sorry for any trouble.
We're now in need of an 8th player, so if anyone's interested, just post.

Re: Scruntlefut - 2v2v2v2 team game - ONE SLOT OPEN
Doesn't happen very often, I just want to avoid any drama in the game with people dropping out or complaining about the settings.
Hopefully we'll fill the slot fairly quick and I'll then take in pretenders.
