Names Ben i am from Georgia. The USA. I am attending Georgia Southern university and it is my freshmen year!! This game hooked me a while ago when i found it searching for good strategy games. I love the mods for this game.

I don't think I ever introduced myself, but I've been around the forums for the last 4 or so months.

So, I'm from Finland, I picked up D3 pretty early on when it came out because I played Dominions 1 back in 2001-2002 a whole lot and had D2 (never got around to playing it online though, I used Ermor with its themes as a basis for a NationStates nation though, heehee), so buying D3 seemed kinda natural to me. Then, a lot after having actually bought the game, I figured I wanted to play it online, cuz I had liked D1 so much and it was a bummer that I had pretty much skipped D2, so I checked the forums and found you guys.

And now you're stuck with me. ;p

Well I have been around for a few month, so now I figure it's time to post in this thread.

I'm from northern part of sweden, and I'm currently finishing the last part of my studies. I grew up playing console/computer games, always enjoyed strategy and RPG games the most. Favourite RPGs are probably Fallout series, VtM: bloodlines and Planescape:torment. Favourite strategy of all times are probably Starcraft and now dom3 as well.

I started playing dom2, but never got around to playing it in mp games. Dom3 i started blitzing several times, before I finally got the currage to sign up for one of the forum games. Favourite nations are probably those that use blood magic or are astral heavy.

Howdy.

32 yrs old and from Aarhus, Denmark. Played quite a few dom 2 games in the day. Just picked up dom 3. hoping to convince my mates to buy the game (2 already did!), so we can get some multiplayer goodness going.

im an avid player of rpg and rts games, although the last couple of years i seem to crave more complex games. or maybe its just because the games on the pc scene have been dumbed down over the last couple of years. luckoily we have dominions!

Hi all. It's been a little while since I joined the forums, so I figured it was about time to introduce myself. Didn't mean to be unfriendly, I just wasn't sure if I'd stay.

Well, I love the community, and I love the game, so I think I'm here for a while.

I have yet to play any MP.... well, I've played 2 turns of one game just now

so I'm obviously still learning. I'm hoping to start a team game for new players soon - send me a PM if you are interested.

Despite my ignorance I've given a few stabs at maps.

16 years old, been playing Dominions since the 1st one. Never actually thought of buying it for online play though, but I decided to change it with the new Dominions 3. It was my first online purchase and it just got delivered today!

I have yet to play MP games.

Sadly I don't think I'll be able to convince anyone from my Country (Mauritius) to play Dominions 3, they all love 3D games and won't take the effort to order it from an online store.

Hello all,

Coming from Montreal Canada, I do some JAVA distributed system programming for my living.

I had played a lot of strategy et RPG game. Switching from one to the other to change the way I play. My native language is french, but I hope to be understand in english has well. Not really easy to do, because I wish to say a lot of thing that I cannot say without the proper way to express it in english. Otherwise, I am fine with it.

I had lurk around here since June. Dominions seems to be a good game that I would surely buy soon enough.
