Re: Perpetuality - The 60 Player MegaGame (Signup)
The first turn is always bumpy, so I think it's logical to be even bumpier for a game like this.
About guessing: I'm pretty sure, that Velusion and I have not declared prophets. (Velusion for logical reasons, and for me... well I have my reasons...)

I doubt I will either, but then I might get sneaky.

yeah, I just hope a large game like this won't encounter some technical difficulty and shut down.

Re: Perpetuality - The 60 Player MegaGame (Signup)
Alot of people chose to patrol the first turn for the added money, i would guess around 30-40 propeths in the next turn.

By the way, the movie is 'Mindwarp'. It's an apocalyptic survivalist thing with a pretty actress and really bad special effects. Ofcourse, Bruce makes it infinitely better than it deserves to be by his mere presence, but it still has a long way to go to be anything close to a good movie.

Re: Perpetuality - The 60 Player MegaGame (Signup)
Whoever is closest to the actual total, I'll tell them the home province and identity of their three closest neighbors? Ties are broken towards the player who guesses high, or towards the player who guesses first in the thread.
My guess: 47 prophets.

Re: Perpetuality - The 60 Player MegaGame (Signup)
No way, that's too good.
How about everyone betting puts in 10 gold. It's not much to lose and it'll add up nicely.
As for ties, I have no idea. Whatever seems fair I suppose. Closest without going over Price is Right style?
Oh and I'll chip 10 gold in on my bet.

Re: Perpetuality - The 60 Player MegaGame (Signup)
No point in my betting, because if I do, then I'm forced to prophetize by round 2 since I picked 62.
