Re: "Relaxed Pace" Late Age Game
The people of Man are greatly disturbed by the ill omen perceived just in front of the gates to the Towers of Chelms. They turn to the magisters for consolation and guidance. But the gates remain shut, the Magisters of the Towers stay silent.
In these hours of great fear the people remember their old ways and send a delegation to the ancient and once sacred Woods of Avalon. Lead by Arthur, the captain of the Castellans of the Towers, the group enters the great heritage of the old faith to seek in the past for answers to the questions of today.

Re: "Relaxed Pace" Late Age Game
Arthur has changed. as he returns from the sacred Forest. He was a well respected, even admired commander before. But now he literally radiates devine power and authority. He is as much as worshipped by his fellow comrades. Then he approaches the crowdbefore the towers:
"Fear not! A new age has dawned. And it will be an age of hardship and great strife. But it will also be an age of great honor and achievement. In the Forest I was given a vision by Taliesin, the Merlin. The sleeping god of our people. The master of all magics and soon to be ruler of this world. The Great one named me his Prophet and bid me to do his willing. We are to spread his Dominion far and wide to prepare for his return. But he also warned me. There will be others to claim godhood. Don't show mercy to their followers, he told me. Hunt them down and squash them, wherever you find them. For he is the only god there is to be!"
The large crowd of people hail the new prophet, when at last, the gates of the towers open. The towerguard marches forth and seizes the self proclaimed prophet without any resistance.
The crowd is stunned, and remains so for several hours. Just as they get restless a balcony door of the towers open, and the Archbishop himself emerges.
"Hear what I have to say! Arthur was brought before the congregation of bishops. We heard him through and we tested him. And in the end we found that every word he told was true. He IS the Prophet of our God Taliesin. And he will lead our armies to victory over all unbelievers and enemies of the Merlin. So all hail Arthur, the Prophet of Taliesin!"
With great cheer from the crowd Arthur enters the balcony to behold his new followers. And a new age for the people of Man and the whole world has dawned

Re: "Relaxed Pace" Late Age Game
I am vacation this week. I will be able to get a turn in tonight. If there is another new turn by tomorrow morning, I will probably be able to get one out before I leave, other wise I will need to postpone hosting and try to get one in by Wednesday evening. After Wednesday, I will be unavailable until Thursday evening.
I am GMT-5.

Re: "Relaxed Pace" Late Age Game
The most recent turn had a hosting error. As a result, llamaserver sent a turn where everyone has staled. I have the option of rolling back and allowing everyone to submit a new turn or just continuing with the stales.
My preferred option, unless there is a strong objection, is to continue with things as they are. It means everyone loses a turn of recruiting and movement, but everyone also has an extra turn of income and research. Rolling back introduces the risk of more errors.

Looks like things are back on track. We have a corrected turn 5. Make sure you use the more recent turn where you have not staled.

Re: "Relaxed Pace" Late Age Game
I set hosting interval for the next turn to 48 hours. It will return to 24 after that.
