I very much agree here. Surely that's me that am short-sighted, but I can't see the point of a 75%SR for your sacreds.
I'd rather see it add +5 Precision, it would be thematic and at least it would have a use for nations with sacred mages and sacred archers (good synergy with the air shield too as archers and mages usually don't bring tower shields around ). Still somewhat niche but more useful I think.

Air's a great path-it's got similar artillery spells to Fire, plus Cloud Trapeze, fantastic boosters, less units immune to shock damage than fire or cold, precision spells, and good Air + Other Path spells. It may not have the best high-end spells, but it more than makes up for them mid-game. And it has the easiest access to a Research-booster, which is not insignificant.

Added to which, it's Bless isn't bad at all, just more niche than some of the others, so it isn't taken quite as often.

I agree that those spells you mentioned are great, but you probably won't be using your pretender as a thunderstrike spammer. If you have a lot of lower level air mages you it might be worth putting air 4 on your pretender so you can make boosters, but most of your suggestions are things that only really work if you have national air mages.

Access to Storm, Mass flight, Fog Warriors can all turn major late game battles.
Arrow Fend is also nice and Wind Guide early on for some nations.

Not to mention summoning Air Queens

i reckon they need a water bless, the agarthans naturally low defense makes them very weak against swarmers and a water bless would be just what they need, not only to raise the defense to deal with it but quickness tends to make the swarmers die quicker :P.

I don't know, +5 precision could be very useful to a sacred battlemage.

Yeah +5 is a huge boost. Something like +3 would be a little more in line with the other blesses I think.

Sure would make A9 for Kailasa an absolute must, rather than a "wise choice" though.

I wouldn't go with water, honestly. Defense and quickness is nice and all, but protection is where these guys shine. I'd go with Earth 9/Nature 4, with maybe Death 4 if you're doing a Risen Oracle.

I'd skip their recruitable Sacreds, by the way, and just go for the Ancient Lord commanders. You can start building these guys right away, and they're ridiculously equippable.

I think I'll write a quick strategy guide for using Agartha Ancient Lords to their fullest. They've got some interesting things going for them...

I wouldn't even go with a bless with agartha, too little effect in my opinion.
I'd take the risen oracle to expand, high 9 or 10 dom for awe sloth, heat, magic and probably Turnm/luck since I wouldn't be using much troops, and 1 or at most death 2.
