Edit : The router / firewall might filter that port, given that 3 trojans are known to access 7777 for 'cbt'.

DMZ set, try port 10000.

Yes, as Cainehill said seting router to DMZ could do the trick Zombie, if you think that would be an acceptable solution for you. I know it worked for me when I was playing EU2 in MP and had a lot of troubles with hardware and software firewalls.

Re: MP Game - Cradle/Kludgemush
At the time, it was certainly tense, but as it turns out, wraith sword or no, Battle Vestals don't hold up to fireproof SC GKs. More importantly, this isn't the first time that sort of thing has occurred: Random stales are a known and reported "unsolved" issue.
YOU, Storm, simply wish to continue to pursue your personal agenda. It won't work. Calmon and I are buddies. If Zombie can't make his server work, you are welcome to stay home and off the server, though. At least then I won't have to listen to your incessant whining throughout the entire game.

Re: MP Game - Cradle/Kludgemush
Due to my utter ineptitude getting my server to work, I vote we move this game to kludgemush...
Maybe, one day, when I figure out how to fix my setup, I shall host again...

If you're waiting for votes - I certainly don't have a problem with it being on kludgemush.

Re: MP Game - Cradle/Kludgemush
Well, just in case, I've brought a hosting port up. It is now at: kludgemush.com 10629
I'm sure nobody but Stormbind will have a problem with this.
As for Stormbind, I'm going to make his decision simple: He can attend the game as intended, or not. If he chooses *NOT* to attend, I'll just ban him permanently, settling the issue for good. I never liked his constant whining anyway.

Re: MP Game - Cradle/Kludgemush
Hey Rev Zombie since you are from my area (Rochester, NY) I was wondering if you are using the EZ-Firewall provided by RoadRunner. If so I have had the same issue with thier Firewall and have not been able to get it to work. I think it is a hopeless cause.
