You can get it to repair by building a ship with a space yard or repair bay component on it. Repair is totaled per sector, so you need enough components or facilities in that sector to equal at least one total after adjusting for your characteristic amount.

That’s, what you get for not teaching your Society, just the basic repair skills at the Academy

You just had to get that 150 Points from repair, now look, we are hard pressed to repair our ships, Mr. Prime Minister.

If a Repair Base Station is not near.
We may have to go with a more expensive Medium Transport Hull, with two Repair Bays But the added cost

OR a Few cheap Small Transport Hulls with one Repair Bay, (SLOW moving) but may just do the trick
... Mr. Prime Minister

The lull was short. Jaraenar start harrasing Centurian II system :

But those lizards are cowards ! They retreat without the fight. Another million years of evolution and they might even become chickens

Xi'Chung are another proposition. Another battle for Centurian I :

The end result is the same - total annigilation of Bugs I am very proud of my planetary deffences, Every single shot of the mighty Temporal Cannons hit the target. In fact, all credits should to go the Senior Gunnery Mate Stg. Harkness. He skillfully aimed the fire from his fire control bunker :

It 2.5 years we annigilated 25+11+14+12+11=73 Xi'Chung ships. Tonnage lost must be incrediable. I estimate it 3 million tonns. Add here 100+ fighters (both Pandoran and bugs) - another 1.5 million tons of radioactive debris. The space around Centurian I should look like Saturn' rings Surely, even Bugs can not sustain such loses !
The small force of two destroyers make a short visit to the next system. Thankfully, there is no mine fields and ships return with vital intelligence - Holy Mother Terra ! 80 Bug' warships !!

If they pull half of them together and strike with one blow, how can we stop them ?
Also notice small Jraenar fleet. It passed before through two my systems - I had no forces to challenge them. Certainly they do have the range to invade Centurian II But why did't they do it yet ? We are at war for few years now.
