So I guess I won't refresh my browser every five minutes.
Although it seems like a huge coincidence that the server went down the same day a 400+ fleet of Geo's was blown up by a nebulae.

Actually that was a multinational expeditionary force. Most of them were Tesco's ships built by my empire and given to him under the "Lend-Lease" act of 2465.3. I had a few obsolete rust buckets tagging along just for training new recruits. I anticipated your dastardly plan to sacrifice your own system to take out the fleet, but could not reach the sun in time to prevent it. However, I was able to record evidence of your war crime which I plan to broadcast on a wide beam transmission to the rest of your empire. We'll see how happy they are to build your ships for you when they see how casually their own emporer regards their lives.

Actually, geo, once you've entered a system and suspect one of THOSE ships are there, I don't think there's much to do about it. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
Hehe, that'll teach people to run around with 100s of ships in a fleet REAL fast, though!

No, you are not wrong. That was my point. But I was attempting to give it a bit more of a dramatic flair then, "We came through the warp point and saw your star destroyer sitting on the star. Too late to do anything. Oh well."

Yeah. Not only did it run out of supplies it was using old fashioned engines. They spent to much research points on cargo bays instead of on engines.
