Re: Laurus : Game on!
what's the hosting time on this - feels pretty slow for, uh, turn 1.

Re: Laurus : Game on!
It seems like it doesn't matter how many players there are in a game, there always seems to be one that holds up hosting every turn. That's not a criticism - people have real lives to attend to - just a wry observation.
But the one thing that can make the game proceed almost twice the speed that it otherwise would is if the last player to submit orders waits a few minutes for the turn to host and then takes their next turn immediately.

It's 24 hours, but I think llamabeast extended it by 24 hours when he did some fixing with the map on the server side.
I might try looking for a sub if Arco doesn't get his stuff together.

At turn 1, it might just be easier to restart without him (?)

That would lower the number of land nations on the map...
Thoughts?

Well, if my opinion is relevant in any way - I'm all for delaying the first host run until a sub is in place.

Re: Laurus : Looking for a replacment! Turn 0!
Damn guys sorry, after the reset I got confused and thought i had correctly resubmitted my turn. Sorry for the holdup, my turn is submitted now and I won't delay the game again.
