taking on a much more aquatic feel, especially that manta ray. I would get rid of the eyes, it makes it look a littly goofey.
I like them all, but the Last one does not seem quite in theme with the ohter ships. nothing says it has to be, but most of the others had a long hull with protrusions and a cavity towards the front. this one gets away from that paradigm entirely - so it reminds me more of a drone or fighter.

Yeah, Puke, I tend to agree about the drone. I think I'll replace it with the Last ship. My drone concept was to make it a semi-independant organism whereas the ships are grown from cultures.

Like the concepts. Ignore the peons though, keep the eyes, consider adding tendrils / cillia / thin wavy stuff. These are organic, you need some organic antennae. Get rid of the hard and techno looking fins, try something more fish or bird like... Dragonish whip tale perhaps?
(I use an organic tech race and I wanna' decent shipset, thus the comments. If I'm gonna' steal something, I've got to like it)

"Eyes" are not very realistic for a space-born creature... they would have far more complicated sensory input systems than just mere eyes.
