i get an error when i click on the take over icon. it's the shield to the right of the name, right?

Yes, it is the shield to the right of the name. I just tested it out (by withdrawing, and then replaceing myself  ), and it worked fine. I don't know why it won't let you do it...

Clear your browser Cache and try again. The problem is probably on your end because noone else has problems with it that I have heard of. 
Also, consider updating your internet browser and java runtime environment ( www.java.com).
And, do not post the problem here. Post it in the technical support forum at PBW. You will get a faster response.
