Re: new turn
This is turning out to be an interesting game for me. I went up against Marignon's god the last few turns, a baphomet, the first time I've encountered one. Learned a lot on what it can and can't do. And it can do a lot. Yet he fell to my mighty army... er, well, maybe not an "army", but a semi-decked out Thug/SC. I still lost a lot of chaffe in the process to him.

Re: new turn
Yep... fire storm I believe was the most damage.. though it killed more of his chaffe then mine in the bigger battles. It took a Troll King with fire dragon armor and boots of flying to get up to him right away and start dealing damage. But my other thug (banelord, decently equipped) he enslaved right away... I got lucky that my King was immune enough to kill him before it was too late for him as well (but he did get blinded, darn it). But, a priestess should fix him up nicely, and he'll be back in the fight shortly.

Re: new turn
i like old flamey-head, but he does tend to die. The worst was once when I teleported him into some knights - a lucky lance hit feebleminded him, and he was lying drooling in the mud for half the game...
Another time, since flamey-head tend's to spam paralyze, he got killed as he couldn't retreat, and he had so heavily paralyzed the opponent that he couldn't retreat either, by the final battle turn limit...

Re: new turn
Eh you really don't set up a flamey head to take a lot of a beating anyways, if you throw a barkskin ring on him, he winds up exhausting himself with his own heat aura, and you still only have 10 prot... baphomets are best when no one is hitting them.

Re: new turn
Hrm about the VQ, it hasn't respawned at the capitol (laying siege to it as you said PK), and if she was going to show up, I'd figure it was at the province next door. Just took that one last turn and she wasn't there.
Are you sure she respawns if the Capitol is taken?

Re: new turn
In light of what has happened to Ogs computer in this important part of the game, i suggest we put it on hold until he can get back online, anyone object?
