Can't create a game. Tried both Firefox and IE to no avail. I'm getting the "Server had trouble saving the game" message.

I'm not familier with that message. Are you paraphrasing or is that an exact quote of the error message?
If you are getting "Sorry, could not create a new game." then you are most likely using a game name or game filename that is being used by another game. Those must be unique for every game.
