troops
I have maybe 250 troops at the moment and doubt i will ever get near, 2000 troops. My troops are sort of costly.

Re: troops
I am not near the unit limit of 2000, nor will I be in the near future. I'll slow down on building units if I get close.

Re: troops
I am definitely not close with the constant waves of undead hoards sent by the C'Tis Pig.

Re: troops
Pasha's feeble efforts to break my siege have actually succeeded in one thing--keeping me under the 2000 limit. I am probably well under, actually,
BTW, Pasha, did you lose your Pretender on your last sally? The combat report showed all your commanders died, but your cowardly Pretender was seen running from the field...auto-rout death, perhaps?

If he had no adjacent friendly province to go to, he died.

There was at least one friendly province he could have retreated to. If it was an attempt to lift a siege by the troops from inside the castle, would that affect things?

Re: troops
Yes I do beleive that might be right. If the unit i breaking siege and is forced to retreat, it dies. That is consistent with my past experience.
Someone who knows more is free to correct me.
