Here is a small map of the Greyhawk area your adventure will begin: http://www.spaceempires.net/dnd/imag...tart-small.jpg

Here's the entire Greyhawk map (1mb) if desired:

Does that open rpg let you keep a log? If so you could post it somewhere for those of us that are interested but can't make it. I'm going on vacation that day.

Unfortunately this is all moot as my calculation

9pm-10(GMT)-7(EST*)=4am.

shows that I can't participate.

*Narf told me he was at -7 with Fyron.

Edit: actually I'm confused . I just remembered that I always guess time by remembering that 9am in New York is 11pm here (I was watching TV at 11 pm on 9/11). This means 9pm there should be 11am, which means I can play.

I just changed my clocks time zone to EST and it says 12am here is 10 am there. I can play . Yet, if 11pm was 9am then 11am (not 7am) should be 9pm.
This is all very confusing.

Having two or more Rangers for this adventure will be fine (actually needed). Don't forget some Rangers prefer swords while other specialize in bow (or both).
We could also use a figther or Barbarian class to be the lead during heavy encounters.

Yes it does.

Dumbluck is most likely going to be a dwarven fighter. Maybe a barbarian, but much more likely a fighter.

I was waiting to see what others wanted to be, so I could plug in whatever hole appears.

Technically, Narf and I live in GMT -8 time zone (Pacific Standard Time). However, GMT does not change for Daylight Savings Time, so for now, we are GMT -7.

It does too. Just a week out of step with the US. PST is currently GMT-8.

Ugh. Some other people told me it did not. Do you have any verification of this?

No, GMT does not change.

GMT is fixed all year and does not switch to daylight savings time.
GMT is Greenwich Mean Time, NOT Greewich local time. Half the year the UK is GMT, and the other half it's GMT+1.

Yes, you are correct. I was referring to Greenwich loacl time rather than GMT itself. The point that I was trying to make, and that still holds, is that the UK does follow daylight savings time, albeit staggered a week from the US and that The West Coast is 8 hours behind the UK right now.
