It's on quickhost. I don't want to put a time limit till everyone's noticed we've started. I'll set it to 24h quickhost after the first turn is in.

No provinces taken.
Abyssia has the highest income.
Arcosephale the most research and dominion.
T'ien Ch'i has the largest army.

Ferdinando's Footmen were hired by T'ien Ch'i.

I can't connect to play my turn, so I guess that means I missed my first turn. I think 24 hour quick host is too short. I work for a living. At that rate, I'll have a lot of stale turns and will have to drop out.

Sorry ioticus, we've started without you.

The server's been up since last weekend. I posted Wednesday saying I'd like to try to start Thursday, partly to bump the thread so people would notice. We actually started Friday.

You hadn't uploaded a pretender or asked for us to wait, so ...

I'd rather not restart (I like my starting location, but I will if that's the consensus.


As for the 24hr turnaround, at this point it's really only a few minutes once a day. I suspect most of us work for a living. I know I do. I'd be happy to slow it down for special occasions, or once turns get more complicated. I'd expect wars not to start for a week or more even at this rate. If turns are too slow it's hard to keep interest. Stales are bad too though. How long would you want?
